Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a gecko was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung under the fish tank with care, in the hopes that St. Nick would find us in Kuala Lumpur.
Derald, Analiese and Renee sleep while I try to reach my 2010 goal of starting a blog. This is a first attempt, so patience and understanding is asked for.
We celebrated Christmas eve with friends and mulled wine. Tomorrow, more of the same, but with a swim squeezed in. We are so lucky to have a wonderful group of friends here in our home away from home. This time of year is a tough time to be away from family and friends, but we manage to keep our circle tight here in Malaysia.
Off to Sri Lanka on Sunday with our good friends. There will be much to post I'm sure. So, my goal is to record our adventures here so we can feel closer to all of you back home.
Sending lots of love across the miles,
Kathleen
